Terms & Conditions

Waiver:

 

By entering and participating in Hannah Holt  workshops and courses you accept the following Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement on behalf of participants from your organisation and or the client. 

 

Thank you for choosing Hannah Holt, these terms and conditions of service together with any terms and policies referred to in them (“Our Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the customer and Hannah Holt (Hannah Holt we, us or our”). Hannah Holt registered address is at the following address: 203 St Andrews Road, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3BT.

 

Hannah Holt provides a service for businesses for workshops, courses, guided meditations, wellness event consultancy services & personal coaching (“Services”) that are performed by Hannah Holt an independent self employed qualified coach and or an  (“Independent facilitator"). All service providers shall be liable under their own personal liability insurance to cover any loss/damages/injuries that may arise. Hannah Holt  interviews and assesses each Independent contractor who wishes to provide services. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that Hannah Holt does not have any obligation to conduct any background checks on any Independent Contractors and Hannah Holt has no obligation in respect of any service they may provide. Our terms govern the use of our website & by using (“Our Site”) or (“Booking services”), you agree to abide by Our Terms. Please read Our Terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept Our Terms, you must not make a booking through Hannah Holt for Services. 

 

In order to provide our Booking Service, we may collect personal information from you. Before making a booking with us please read our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires Hanna Holt to provide you with certain key information for a legally binding contract to take place between you and us. This information is set out below. If we wish to change any key information once a legally binding contract is made, we can only do this if you agree to it. Bookings & Prices The prices of our Services vary according to the type and duration, Hannah Holt holds the reasonable right to change these prices when deemed necessary. 

 

Prices are agreed prior to the first booking, these may change from time to time, but all bookings made prior to change in price will remain unchanged. Hannah Holt reserves the right to terminate the client agreement should they be deemed to be in breach of the terms. In such instances Hannah Holt  will not refund the client. 

 

Cancellations:

 

*Cancellation at any point after booking: Any travel and accommodation fees that have been booked to be reimbursed by the client. Cancellation 21 days prior no charge. Cancellation 14 days prior to the event: 25% of the fee owed. Cancellation 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee owed. *Cancellation 3 working days prior to the event: 75% of the fee owed. *Cancellation 48 hours prior to the event: 100% of the fee owed. 

 

Sessions can be rescheduled with 5 working days notice at the point of cancellation and no fee will incur, providing the session is rebooked within 4 weeks of the cancellation date. 

Unforeseen Circumstances:

 

Hannah Holt cannot be held responsible for a particular session or instructor becoming unavailable. If an instructor becomes unavailable we will ensure where possible that they are replaced by another instructor. Where this is not possible, or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit note to all those who have previously booked. Hannah Holt will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the client from a cancellation. 

 

Locations:  

 

For corporate bookings, the location must be agreed between Hannah Holt and the client at least 5 days prior to the first booking and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the location is safe and suitable for a wellbeing class. Client & Instructor Agreement Bookings are an arrangement between Hannah Holt and the client. All bookings, cancellations and arrangements are to be made between Hannah Holt and the client. Booking or attempting to book a Hannah Holt  facilitator independently and not through Hannah Holt will result in a review of the agreement and other bookings with the company. 

 

Liability:

 

By acknowledging these terms you are recognising that we are not responsible for addressing any claims you have regarding any Independent facilitator  and/or Hannah Holt services. Content on Our Site is provided for your general information purposes only as the client. Nothing contained on Our Site, or communicated any other way constitutes or is meant to constitute, advice, opinion or guidance of any kind. We are not a healthcare provider nor do we provide medical advice or medical treatment. References on Our Site and elsewhere do not refer to medical treatment and/or therapy, or any similar terms do not refer to medical treatment and/or medical therapy. The information presented on Our Site and otherwise as is not intended to diagnose health problems or take the place of professional medical care. Any medical issue should be consulted with a qualified medical professional, in a professional setting.
