I work with businesses & HR teams to improve the mental health of their employees by making the concept of “transformation” practical and achievable.

Mental health is a serious and growing problem, especially in the workplace.

After years in the corporate world I know firsthand what burnout feels like.

I also know that the secret to supporting ourselves to better deal with exhaustion, overwhelm and the inevitable pressures of balancing work with life isn’t hidden in the pages of a self-help book.

This is why.

Mindset Drop-in clinic

The drop-in clinic creates a safe space for extra support. It can be booked as a stand alone service or pre-or post a workshop. For many, asking questions in the Q&A can sometimes feel scary, the prospect of sharing limiting beliefs or challenges in front of co-workers too intimidating.  Appointments can be pre-booked or opt for the casual approach of drop-in.  The 15 minute slots are designed to help answer specific needs and reach more of your team. ½ day and full day options. Think of it as speed dating for the mind.

Lunch time pick me ups: Your quick fix of calm and dimmer switch to your thoughts. Choose from a menu or bespoke experiences can be requested. 30 minutes of virtual guided meditation with euphoric music, breath like Wim Hoff or exhale like a monk, expect an immersive experience and pocket full of practical takeaways.
