About the Event
Imagine what you could do if you believed in yourself? What if you could give yourself the love and support you do for your dearest friend? You are not alone if you have been criticising yourself your entire life, we all do, it's our defence mode but what if you could look in the mirror and encourage the person looking back at you, instead of putting them down?
With practice, we have the ability to change our thoughts and replace them with new empowering ones. In this workshop, we will draw attention to what is holding you back and give you the tools to shift it. Learn ways to become more aware and alter your focus for the better. With guided meditation, visualisation and breathwork, we can change the way you feel about yourself so you start each day feeling empowered and supported.
What To bring:
Something warm, ideally a jumper & socks, the body temperature changes during breathwork.
Notepad & pen
If you would prefer to use your own yoga mat please bring it with you. There wont be any movement as such but there is the opinion to lie down during breath work.

About Hannah:
Hi, I am Hannah, I strongly believe that I can help you significantly improve the way you live your life; because I have used these techniques to change mine.
I spent most of her career in highly stressful sales roles before the light bulb moment in 2015, realising there was more to life than this! I have practiced yoga for over 30 years and I am a qualified teacher and mindset coach.
Using yoga to make you feel good, breathwork to reframe your thoughts, guided meditation to find acceptance and appreciation for the life you already have. Once you discover that, you have the ability to do anything you set your mind to, but you have to believe you can get there.
By working with me, we can reframe your thoughts, let go of what is holding you back, empower you to find acceptance in who you are, so you can thrive in every area of your life.
I live in Bridport with my husband, both new to the town after moving from London in 2020. I am grateful each day to be surrounded by so much beauty, the view never gets old and we haven’t looked back since.
I work 1:1 or in groups offering motivational workshops, meditations, transformational breathwork and yoga.
